Payment & Delivery Terms

Terms of payment:

All payments are made via Paypal, credit card or Apple Pay, directly following the ordering process.

The buyer is not entitled to withhold or offset payments due to warranty claims or other counterclaims.

A payment shall be deemed to have been made on the day on which the seller can dispose of it.

All prices are incl. VAT.

Doggyfix e.U. retains ownership of all goods delivered by him until full payment of the invoice amounts plus interest and costs. 

Delivery terms and costs:

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices.

Austria and Germany: No shipping costs
Restl. EU: €9,50
Worldwide shipping: €29,50

We deliver only by mail order. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

A second delivery attempt is subject to a charge and will be passed on to the buyer by the carrier.

Return shipments must be borne by the buyer or will be offset to the buyer.
