Payment & delivery conditions

Terms of payment:

All payments are made via PayPal, credit card or Apple Pay, directly after the ordering process.

The buyer is not entitled to withhold or retrain payments due to warranty claims or other counterclaims.

A payment is valid on the day when the seller can dispose of them.

All prices are incl. VAT.

Doggyfix e.U. reserves the ownership of all goods supplied by him until full payment of the invoice amounts plus interest and costs.

Terms of delivery and costs:

In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs can be charged.

EU: free shipping
EEA: € 9,50
Worldwide: € 29,50

Further provisions on possibly incurred shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We only deliver in shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

A second delivery attempt is chargeable and will be recruited from the freight forwarder to the buyer.

Returns must be borne by the buyer or are attributed to the buyer.
