The protection of your personal information is a special concern for us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing as part of our website.

If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, your specified data will be stored for processing the request and for the case of connection questions six months with us. We do not give this data without your consent.
Data storage

In addition, the following data is also stored for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, bank / credit card information, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address. The data provided by you are required for the fulfillment of the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not complete the contract with you. Data transmission to third parties is not, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the unwinding bank institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debit of the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us and to our tax advisors for the performance of our tax obligations.
After termination of the purchasing process, the data stored for us will be deleted. In the case of a conclusion of the contract, all data from the contractual relationship shall be stored by the end of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) LIT (consent) and / or LIT B (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

These data will be transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google considers the privacy policy of the "EU-US Privacy Shield" agreement.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a random user ID with which you can be recognized in future website visits.
The recorded data is stored together with the random-generated user ID, which allows the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data will be deleted automatically after 14 months. Other data is stored indefinitely in aggregated form.
Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter through our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your explanation that you agree with the receipt of the newsletter.
Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration.
You can cancel the subscription from the newsletter at any time.
